Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices that incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras with the goal of building up physical vitality and increasing consciousness.
EACH WEEK A NEW FREE VIDEO TO PRACTICE!We suggest you to practice at least 3 times a week, but the idea is that you can use these videos to practice as much as you want during the week.
