Discover how to move in sync with your breath, working with the connection of your pelvic and thoracic diaphragm. Your breath will guide the movement as you engage and relax the pelvic floor as you move.

    35-MINUTE GUIDED PHYSICAL PRACTICE TO DO 3 TIMES A WEEK

    Each week, Daniela will guide you in a short and effective physical practice for you to follow at your best convenience, ideally 3 times a week from Imagine Academy’s App.

    SHORT AND EASY TO FOLLOW MEDITATION & RELAXATION

    On each phase of the Program, you will receive a 7-minute audio meditation and an 11-minute audio relaxation to do at your best convenience.

    • Once your enrollment is confirmed, no refunds nor cancellations, will be granted for any reason, including illness, schedule conflicts, or personal circumstances. The amount can be transfer as partial or full payment for a different course offered by us worldwide within one year from the start date of the current course, excluding lodging, meals, and transportation.
    • If you choose a payment plan, all scheduled payments remain due, regardless of participation.
    • If we (the organizers) must cancel the training for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your enrollment to a future session.
