THIS WILL BE OUR 10-DAY MEDITATION EXPERIENCE:
For 10 days we will practice the Kundalini Yoga Meditation to Balance the Sensory System for 11 minutes each day. This is a beautiful meditation with a specific mudra listening to the Mantra Suniai, chanted by Judith Ender and Joan Sendra. Chanting and listening Mantras are tools for the mind to find connection again.
Suniai is the art of deep listening and nurtures the relationship to our inner voice, which helps us to navigate through life with more ease and self-responsibility, getting to the source of things and understanding their nature.
