· With 12+ years of experience, Daniela will guide you closely, offering invaluable insights and practical techniques tailored specifically for women.

· On Mondays from 6:30h to 7:00h Daniela will be live, guiding the practice for the week. You will have access to the class inside our App if you can not attend the live session.

Methodology

The Back to Balance Program from the Woman’s Harmony Series works over 6 weeks offering you short and effective yoga practices to reclaim your harmony and leave behind hormonal imbalance, stress, and digestive issues.

Inspiration & guidance to go all the way in this journey

Each Monday you will receive an email setting the intentions for the week with a worksheet to guide you and keep you inspired.

20-MINUTE GUIDED PHYSICAL PRACTICE TO DO 3 TIMES A WEEK

· Each week Daniela will guide a short and effective sequence LIVE on Zoom, on Mondays from 6:30h to 7:00h. You can do it Live or at your best convenience.
· This practice is to be done 2 more times on your own from Imagine Academy’s App.

SHORT AND EASY TO FOLLOW MEDITATION & RELAXATION

Each week you will receive a 7-minute audio meditation and an 11-minute audio relaxation to do at your best convenience.

Daniela will share with you auto-massage techniques to do at home and easy-to-follow recipes to improve your wellbeing.

Hi, I am Daniela Troconis!

Expert in Kundalini Yoga & Tutor of the Women’s Harmony Series

Having taught yoga for more than 15 years I have been able to notice, in myself and my students the importance of attending to our women’s energy and the changes in our bodies to maintain balance.

It is key to have a plan that easily guides you to attend to your needs, putting your body in motion and your mind at ease. A guide to following short & powerful practices targeted to nurture our bodies, release stress, and live in harmony!

More about Daniela…

Yoga practitioner since 2004, trained in Kundalini Yoga, Vinyasa, and Hatha/Tantra Yoga Flow. Daniela has been sharing the teachings of yoga since 2008 and training Kundalini Yoga Teachers since 2012, as part of Imagine Academy in Spain, Switzerland, India, and Slovenia.

Teaching with strength and care, she guides her students with ease, igniting the energy within through breathing techniques and awareness of the present moment in every yoga posture, to then dive her students into deep meditative practices.
