OUR 2020 40-DAY EXPERIENCE HAS 3 PARTS:

Pranayama to boost the inmune system.
Meditation with mantra to promote inner peace & mental clarity.
We highly recommend to do the 3 parts, because it’s a really complete experience that attends the different parts of ourselves, but you may also choose to do either one or two.

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in English.

YOGA SEQUENCE TO AWAKEN THE DIAPHRAGM
This is a short sequence where we will focus on the Diaphragm. The diaphragm is very affected by fear, stress, and anxiety. In addition, the diaphragm is one of the main breathing organs. The deeper we breathe the more alive, inspired, creative, and optimistic we will feel. This sequence will allow you to strengthen and relax your diaphragm in order to improve your breath.
INNER SUN PRANAYAMA TO BOOST THE IMMUNE SYSTEM
The practice of this pranayama stimulates the sympathetic nervous system and the right hemisphere to adjust themselves. It’s a simple and very effective practice to balance the body and feel light, energized, and hopeful.
11 MINUTES OF OM CHANTING
To finish we will dedicate 11 minutes to chant OM. We will use this mantra as a universal tool to connect with all beings in the planet. It’s a mantra that promotes inner peace, mental clarity, emotional freedom and physical health. With the use of this mantra, many experience positive shifts which allow them to enjoy more peace, joy and love in their lives, transforming negativity into positive energy.
