Before starting to practice it is important to warm up to prepare the body. You can do your own warm-up or use what we offer below.
It is important that before starting the kriya you warm up, you can do your own warm-up and / or do the Sun Salutations + the exercises to unlock the hips and shoulders that we proposed last week.
We invite you to deepen your breath, since it is one of the most transformative tools and that also accompanies us all the time, so we can train ourselves to make it more and more conscious, even when we are out of the mat. Below you will find 3 articles on The Importance of Breathing and the techniques of Long and Deep Breathing and Breath of Fire. They really are practices that can be easily learned and that can help us a lot. The most important thing when breathing is not to force, but to accept where we are and build from there.
