21 DAYS OF GRATITUDE
Our journey of 21 days of gratitude will be a 3-part daily practice.
First, we will do the Kundalini Yoga Meditation to Develop an Attitude of Gratitude. Second, we will do 108 repetitions of THANK YOU, because mastery comes from repetition. And last, but not least, we will journal for 11 minutes, focusing on everything we are grateful for that day.

The second part of the practice consists of repeating THANK YOU 108 times. Still sitting down comfortably, grab a Mala for meditation and repeat THANK YOU with each bead. Check the article below on How to Use a Mala for Meditation!
The last part of our practice consists on taking 11 minutes to journal at the end of the meditation. Just let your pen flow, allow ideas and emotions to be and focus on what you can be grateful for that day. Remember the goal it’s simply to express yourself, it can be a drawing, a word, a sentence or longer, the process is what matters. Enjoy!
