Yoga is about being authentic, intentional, and resilient.
All of this requires the capacity to adequately manage CHANGE.
We are living very intense times where CHANGE is more present in our lives than ever.
We are being very challenged in our capacity to deal with it, and our wellbeing depends on our capacity to deal with and manage CHANGE.
This is why all the teacher training team of our school has designed a 4-Online Workshop Experience so you can deepen your understanding about CHANGE and learn tools you can use from 4 different perspectives of Yoga: philosophy, meditation/breathwork, Mantras, and physical practice.
All workshops are independent. You can register for 1 or for all of them.
