SUN SALUTATION, SURYA NAMASKAR A – 20 ROUNDS
PREPARE YOUR BODY BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Before starting the practice take a few moments to connect with your breath, and to stretch your body.
On the links below you will find 2 pdfs, one with the Surya Namaskar, Sun Salutation A, and another with a beautiful meditation you may add to your practice after the Surya Namaskar.
The rythm of the breath is only a suggestion, if you feel you need to go slower add the breaths you need between the postures and find your own rythm to be able to move with your breath.
If you have any questions, you can write to Daniela Troconis, one of our teacher trainers, at daniela@imagineacademy.es
